All students will be signed up on a per term basis, meaning that they are expected to attend each weekly or fortnightly session (depending on lesson type) in that term period​

If a student is unavailable for a lesson they have been booked into parents are to advise us of this a minimum of 48 hours prior to the lesson to receive a full lesson credit - if the student withdraws during the 48 hour period prior to their lesson without a medical certificate they will not receive a lesson credit - lesson credits must be used for a make lesson within one month of receiving them

Parents can withdraw from the program after two lessons if they are not pleased with the services being provided and any additional fees paid over the costs of the lessons attended will be refunded in full

I have my working with children's check and my national police check which you are welcome to view at any time. However please note that this is not a childcare program and it is recommended that parents wait onsite for their children's lessons.

If for some reason a lesson has to be cancelled we will give you as much warning as possible and all missed lessons will be credited to you

Our Experience
We have over 7 years of tutoring experience along with a range of training experience with adults. However I am not a qualified teacher, I only teach areas I am comfortable teaching and have confidence in providing guidance in.

My background is predominately in the science and maths field, however I am also a published author with a passion for reading and writing.

I have over 14 years of experience volunteering and working with children.
